They reviewed everything with me in great detail, then went to work with my approval. Turns out I had more than leaks, I also had a separate venting problem that needed attention. The crew (which included Paul's three sons, and wife Kathy in the office) showed up on time, were careful and courteous, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
